
Stacy Lennon, Founder
Stacy brings nearly 30 years of experience teaching, coaching, and advising Fortune 500 clients on negotiation strategy, leadership, collaboration, and conflict resolution. A specialist in high-stakes communication, she helps leaders develop the clarity, confidence, and presence required to build alignment and drive meaningful change—across functions, cultures, and power dynamics.
Stacy has served clients across industries including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, tech, and professional services. Her client list spans global institutions such as Microsoft, Intel, Morgan Stanley, Autodesk, Deloitte & Touche, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Chevron, Pixar, the World Health Organization, the Asian Development Bank, and the Federal Reserve.
She has worked alongside and learned from leading thinkers at the Harvard Program on Negotiation, Triad Consulting Group, the Consensus Building Institute, and Vantage Partners. Drawing on this foundation, she brings both rigor and real-world relevance to every engagement.
Stacy’s approach blends deep interpersonal insight with innovative, experiential learning. Her facilitation methods integrate somatic practices, role-play, and even equine-assisted learning—designed to help leaders strengthen their ability to listen, respond, and connect with authenticity and impact.
She teaches graduate-level leadership and negotiation courses in the School of Engineering at Tufts University, and has also taught at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, Georgetown Law, MIT, Johns Hopkins SAIS, and UMass-Boston.
Stacy holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and both a Master of City Planning and a Bachelor of Science from MIT.
